What is the advantage of creating an account?
On the checkout page, you will be given the option to create an account. This is of course not mandatory.
To make your experience on the website as optimal as possible, you can create your own profile on the website. This is useful if you place orders more often, want to see your order history, to compare products with each other, or to keep or share your wish list.

Where are your socks produced?
We produce our socks in Turkey. These percentages vary every year, because each country has its own specialization.
We believe it is important to focus on establishing long-term relationships with our suppliers and work together on the basis of mutual trust.
In the longer term, this contributes to a higher return for our suppliers, our customers and ourselves. Both financially, socially and on sustainability.
As the world of textiles is constantly evolving, we maintain the highest standards in our sourcing policies and only work with suppliers we believe are able to meet our sustainability commitment.
What materials are the socks made from?
Seas Socks by Forebel socks are produced from 28% into ECONYL® regenerated nylon, yarn that is partly made from old resurfaced fishing nets and other nylon waste, 70% GOTS organic cotton and 2% elastane. In this way we generate high-quality, durable and high-quality socks that are very comfortable to wear.
What about the microplastics in your socks?
The way in which we process the regenerated polyamide in our socks ensures that the chance of our socks exuding microplastics is minimal. This is based on research from RIVM.
When will the order be shipped?
All orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the next working day at the latest. We ship the orders via PostNL as a letterbox package. The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. The socks are packed in a biodegradable envelope. You can then throw it away in the green bin!

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are 3.95 euros.
If you order for 40 Euro or more, we ship for FREE. This is calculated automatically on the website.
Special rates apply to shipments outside the Netherlands. The website calculates the shipping costs abroad. You will see this on the checkout page, so even before you pay.
Because we think the environment is very important, we encourage the purchase of several socks. This saves transport and therefore CO2 tax due to shipping.
I made a mistake during my order
We work automated as much as possible. After completing your order, you can no longer change it on the site. Therefore, please contact us directly by telephone during working days during the day. You can also send an email. We can then see if the order can be changed.

How can I pay?
On the Forebel website you can pay for your order with the most commonly used payment options.
You can easily pay for your order with iDeal, Credit Card, SEPA, Gift Card, Giropay and Klarna.
Forebel does its utmost to inform you as well as possible about the product before and during the purchase. However, it is possible that the supplied sock does not meet your wishes. In that case you can easily return the socks.
Items ordered with an Oh My Good gift card cannot be returned or cancelled.
This is how our return procedure works:
You have 14 days to register your socks for return and then another 14 days to ship. In original condition, not worn and not washed. We cannot take back broken labels from a hygienic point of view (the product may only be viewed as you can do in a store). After receiving the return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back as soon as possible (within 14 days). We are not responsible for items lost during return. If you want to receive a different product, simply place a new order.
Received the wrong size/product or do you have a complaint: Contact us via the contact form and we will do everything we can to resolve this with you as soon as possible.
Swimwear return policy:
For hygienic reasons, you can only return swimwear if the hygiene sticker is still on it. Swimwear can only be returned if it is in the same condition as you received it and with all tags still attached. Returned items must not have been used, washed or degraded.
How does it work:
Register your return via the contact form, stating your order number.
Preferably pack the socks in the original packaging or otherwise as sustainably as possible and stick the return address over your own address sticker.
Return shipment with sufficient postage and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
After receipt we will process your return/payment as soon as possible. Return costs are at your own expense.
